how to Cancel Contract

Hello Guru:

Suppose that the landlord like to cancel the contract of tenanct because tenant not paid.

Which menu to cancel the contract and do I need to activate the RO object to make this available again.

just issue a notice, automatically RO will become available for further lease-out

anything to prevent that customer cannot cancel contract before 1 year.

Hi,

Add notice term in Term, select notice type 2-individual notice procedure. Add individual deadline regulation, go to fast entry and select "one-time dates" radio button and enter your date in "Notice per" and "Receipt To".

Ex : contract period is 01.04.2011 to 31.03.2013, you dont want to allow to cancel this contract before 31.03.2012. enter 31.03.2012 in "Notice per" and "receipt To". Now whenever you issue notice in between 01.04.2011 and 31.03.2012, system closes the contract on 31.03.2012 only.
