Restriction for the fields in SRM4.0

HI everybody,

When we are creating a Shopping Cart in 4.0 and the workflow is triggering, and if the approver selects the approve radio button and changes any field in the shopping cart it should come back to creator for accept changes, but it is not happening for us. only if the approver changes the price or quantity the creator is receiving for the accept changes but not for the rest of fields.

So can anyone guide us in this how to get the accept changes button if there is any changes in the Shopping Cart by the approver in it

Have you tried setting user personalisation seetings in SU01 for the users? Go to 'personilsation' tab, double click key BBP_WFL_SECURITY and choose one of the settings from the drop-down list. The settings control whether changes can be made and whether workflow is restarted during the process. Set to 2 - low - "workflow is always restarted when changes are made". This might do waht you need. Otherwise yo umight need workflow badi to restart if the approver changes a field value.
