Create conditions in Universe

Hi

I have a question. I created a report using a condition created in the Universe.

CASE @ Prompt ('Vendor', 'A',, mono, free) WHEN 0 THEN 'ALL' ELSE @ Prompt ('Vendor', 'A',, mono, free) END)

If the input value is 0, I would submit all data from dimension. Is there any way to set this condition?
