Hello Experts,

we have a problem with a printer.

when we printig with it. we got the error as below.

Status: Problem (Error in host spool system)

Job status: Waiting in host spooler

Area: SAP Spool

Error: Spooler or printer stopped

Info: xxx: Warning: LPMPC is down

Last event:

Message: Printer or spooler has paused

could you please help me

i checked on os and the spool was full

its ok now

Please check if spooler services are up and running at OS level.

This is plain basic, you can google it.

If you don't know how to check your printer config you should reach your IT Admin team.

Did you check whether your printer is online ? and also try restarting it.
