SRM - modification vendor text

Hi all,

we have a problem in SRM WEB when I modify the vendor text. I modify the purchase order and i go to Item Data\Details\Documents\Vendor Text.

When I click on check bottom I receive two errors:

1) Enter a unit of measure for the quantity

2) Enter the price or set the follow-on document indicator

The problem appears only for PO "in waiting" status. It seems that SRM annuls unit measure and price inserted before.

Hi Ramya,

my problem is different than yours.

For PO in status "in waiting", if i modify vendor text, all the old values (price and measure unit) are resetted to null value. Are there any particular steps for making changes correctly?

Any ideas?

Hi Diego,

we got same UOM issue while ago, we applied note 924482 it was solved issue. try this note.
