Configure Dashboard Scope

Dear expert,

I don't know if someone can help me. We are working in PPM 5.0. We would like to add a new scope in the item dashboard, I mean, the standard system has the following scopes : all items, Active items & Proposals, Inactive Items, Active scalations ....

We have seen that it is possible to configure another item dashboards scope : PPM -> dashboard settings --> Define Dashboards scopes ,

I need a new dashboard scope but I need this only shows items with a right status, Is this possible?

I have the same requirement now. Have you been able to define a new dashboard scope to show Items based on specific status?

In the past I tried to do this but it didn't work. The only I could do was :

If item status was linked to item status group : 0800 ( rejected) this object was "inactive" and was moved to the other dashboard tab.

But SAP release a note with the problem some months ago

Note 1781238 - Customer defined dashboard scope is not considered

It is possible it can be useful for you,
