I am an MM consultant, but i am given a task to give a client presentation on SAP PP module on dairy industry. My knowledge of SAP PP module is very limited, hence I need your valuable inputs. The scenario is as follows:
-The plant receives the raw milk from vendors through tankers.
- There is a quality check and grading analysis
- The checked milk is sent to pasteurizer, standardizer and separator.
- The separator separates the cream and milk.
- The cream is sent to cream silo and converted to butter and yoghurt.
- The milk gets converted to 3 grades of milk.
- Butter, Yoghurt and Milk undergoes a final quality check before it gets packed and stored.
Please suggest how this scenario can be mapped in SAP PP.
