AS Java 7.3 delta ?

Hello Dear All

could anybody point me please to some sensible docs (wiki, blog, guide...etc)

about SAP AS Java in NW 7.30 delta compared to NW 7.00

as to architecture changes in java server, administration tools etc. ?

I noteced for example that java dispatcher process is gone.

process unix names got changed..etc.

I know all docs in sap.help.com but they tend not to really go into real details

and are kind of overblown imho.

So I would really appreciate it

as I was able to find some decent presentations about EP and BI updates, but somehow above topics

even in sap.help.com or sdn seem to be not covered in details

Dear Peter,

Sorry to say but there is no such document which could give you a direct differences between these two releases. However, i can tell you here the basic differences between 7.0 and 7.3 architecture.

1. In 7.3 Dispatcher has been released by ICM.

2. There is no SDM in 7.3 release. JSPM is the wholesole tool to be used.

3. There is no Visual Administrator too in 7.3 release. All the related activities are performed using NWA itself.

4. No longer CI and DI terminology is being used in 7.3. Instead we call it now Primary server and Additional server.

yeah, thanx but I browsed through this sdn page many time

and didn't found any detailed info about topic I am interested in

I mean internals of as java 7.3 - especially delta compared to 7.0

as I am quite exprienced unix and sap java 7.0 admin

anybody ?
