Budget assiged value is not matching with COSP table

Hi,

For a project when we checked availability control analysis for a particular WBS element it is showing assigned value as 80,200. When we expand the blue color line it s showing line items with COSP, when we summed them it is coming as 60,000 only. Both are not matching. I checked in BPGE table there also it is showing as 80,200. In COSP table it is showing as 60,000.

WBS element assigned value

xxxxxx/xxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxx 80,200

;----

---

COSP 22 RMBE 40,000

................COSP 4 COIN 20,000

Here 80,200 is not matching with 40,000+20000. How to resolve this ? Could you please suggest

Hello,

You can restructure the availability budget control : execute transaction CJBN. Be carefoul because his transaction deactivate a activate again the AVAC.

adding to sara, first run the program RKACOR04 in se38 and excute cjen, cjbn.

Hi Sara,

May be you have to run RKACOR04 to properlu update table as suggested earlier also. Just ensure in first run do NOT click "Update" check box (means system will behave as if in Test Mode) and then check Log.
