How to Release the customer in the GTS

Hi Guys,

I am new for GTS and my client is faceing problem of release to the customer Error show"SAP GTS: Legal Control: Item 000010 will not be adopted". Message: /SAPSLLPLUGINR3005.

So GTS Experts guys please let me know what should i do for this error, I know this is very small work but i don't know the process so pelase suggest and give replay ASAP. What I have to done in GTS side and What R/3 SAP.

I hope you are aware that SAP R/3 & SAP GTS are 2 different system

So, I believe for GTS related issue you need to refer question to one of the following forums for GTS:

Thanks your quick replay, I have done this all links and also check in Google and SDN also but I didn't find anywhere solutions for this Error. Please let me know what should I do from GTS & R/3 I know this is Different system but I am unable for doing the relese the customer. So please be suggest me.

As per my knowledge in GTS.

Most probalely either your customer is block in GTS due to check in compliance management.

or the customer in not in Positive list in GTS.

or most probalely Item in document is changed/altered after your same document was released in GTS for leagal control.

FYI
As customer master data in R/3 is different from custeomer master in GTS.
The data in R/3 & GTS is sync real time through RFC.

Therefore, post your query in , where SAP GTS consultant will be assist you.
