Hey Nick,
Go service market place by the url
https://websmp202.sap-ag.de/support.
provide your credentials
search for the solutions if you do not find it
give the SID of the system
it will open a screen in which you can provide the issue to system displays all the SAP Notes related
if you dont find the relevant note to the issue
you can put message to SAP
You can also set priority to the issue
give your contact info.
Once all these details are provided, please click on save message push button to save the Oss message. It provides an Oss message number. Please note the same. After that, please click on send message push button which actually sends the message to SAP.
Generated Oss number can be used for further correspondence with SAP.
Nick this will suffice your need I think

Hi Nick,
First of all you need to get the public IP from your network team,IP need to be configured to you local SAP
Router IP address.
Also get port 3299 & 3298 open from SAP router ip host to SAP AG as SAP router uses these ports for communication
*. this is the URL for generating the registration key and certificate
https://websmp201.sap-ag.de/SAPROUTER-SNCADD
this will give a new pop up window click on apply now.
Generate the certificate Request on SAP router OS with the Following command:-
sapgenpse get_pse -v -r certreq -p local.pse "<Your Distinguished Name>"
sapgenpse get_pse u2013v -onlyreq -r certreq -p local.pse
You will get "<Your Distinguished Name>" from SAP market Place, when you login with S-USER. ( This is
generated after you raise an OSS with SAP for registering SAP router hostname )
After executing the above command you will get 2 additional files created in saprouter Folder i.e local.pse
and certreq
Certreq contain encrypted form of Key Request.
Copy the content of certreq and paste the certificate request into the text area of the same form in the SAP
Service Marketplace
After Pasting the content click on REQUEST CERTIFICATE
Importing the Certificate & Creating Credential
Creating the credential for User responsible to start SAP Router.
Nick I think this will help you.

phani.
