Inquiry and Quotation Staus "Open" after invoicing

Hi Gurus,

I had executed Sales cycle from inquiry to Invoice and i had completely/fully referenced the inquiry document to create quotation, and completlely/fully referenced quotation to sales order. But inquiry and quotation status is still "open" and sales order, delivery and invoice document status is "Completed".

I had checked copy controls and enabled completion rule in item category. But, still the status is not getting updated to "completed".

Pls help me.

Hi ,

Apart from the above suggestion's check whether the schedule lines (VOV6) marked for item relevant for delivery,if checked just un check and try.

Dear leela krishna,

Check the copy controls from IN to QT and QT to OR in VTAA.

In that flag the complete reference and check it.

Hi,

Check Pos./neg. quantity should be +(positive) at item level in VTAA copy controls from inquiry to quotation and quotation to order

and also set completion rule B in item categories.

hi,

maintain the completion rule in the for item category, it will make them complete after referencing the preceding documetn
