Hi all.
We do the following steps in the system:
1. Purch.req. created in ECC and transfered to SRM Sourcing Cockpit.
2. Purchaser rejects SC in sourcing cockpit. It leads to:
SRM: BBP_PDIGP-SOURCE_REL_IND updated to Y 'Sourcing complited'. SC not available in sourcing cockpit.
ECC: purch.req. marked like Closed.
3. We uncheck Closed checkbox and send purch.req. from ECC to SRM once again. BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER program used.
4. SRM updates some date in SC (last change time updated), but BBP_PDIGP-SOURCE_REL_IND not updated (remains Y). So SC is still not available in sourcing cockpit.
It seems like a bug. Anybody faced with this issue?
Regards and thanks in advance for replies.
Hello,
As far as I know, once SOURCE_REL_IND is set as Y, shopping cart cannot be used anymore.
Even if PR is changed, SOURCE_REL_IND cannot be reverted from Y, since cart has already been completed.

Ricardo

Yeah, it seems you are right. And now, in case SC has been rejected in SRM we create new pur.req. in ECC.
But ECC allows to uncheck Closed checkbox for pur.req. and automatically transmit changes to SRM, So in this case we have inconsistancies between data in ECC and SRM.
Anyway it seems like a bug.
Hello Alexander,
This is the standard system behavior. User is allowed to unchecked Closed checkbox for pur.req. in ECC system and trigger the PR transfer to SRM. PR transfer to SRM will be successful again and SC will be updated but the SC will not be visible in the SOCO again as per the standard system behavior.
Also the status of the PR in the external sourcing tab will be showing the "Send to external sourcing: rejected".
Yes in this particular scenario we do have inconsistancies between data in ECC and SRM.
Thanks & Best Regards,
Rahul
