MII 12.2 Installation

Hello all,

We've been building a MII 12.2 Sandbox and have been getting some problems when deploying it.

Landscape:

- Windows 2008 Server R2

- IBM DB2 v_9.7

- NetWeaver 7.30.5

- SAP JVM 6.1.34

When deploying XMII00_0.SCA via JSPM or telnet we get some errors. First error we get back is the following even though being logged as Java admin user:

Dec 13, 2011 4:10:25 PM Error: com.sap.ASJ.dpl_api.001226 Could not establish connection to AS Java on [localhost:port]. Cannot authenticate the user. Wrong or missing security credentials (password) for principal [test], or the specified principal has no permissions to perform JNDI related operations.

Then we get the following erros:

At the end I see all the other components deployed successfully (umeactions, dic, dbinit, ctc, jraapp) but ear.

Does anyone have any insight here? I did a bunch of searches around it but I'm completely clueless.

Any input is highly appreciated.

Hi Ricardo

MII 12.2 SP01 or SP1 does not deploy on NW 730. You need to take SP02 or the latest SP03 from SMP.
