Unable to determine a strategy with the authorizer

Hi experts

I am using SRM 7.0 and BRF workflow, I have created process schema and process level and using badi /SAPSRM/BD_WF_PROCESS_RESTART to determine appvers, when I am creating a shopping cart and I go to verify the approvers a list is displayed with the users but when I order the shopping cart and I go to verify the approver anyone is displayed and the error 'Unable to determine a strategy with the authorizer'

Some help will be welcome

Hi,

If you are using Approval with Completion and system SRM 7.1 then i have same problem at my current customer and going to open a OSS message due to a standard bug..but this will work only for approval.. try this..

HI,

In your process level have you defined the Responsible Resolver Name ?

Example: RR_MANAGER , RR_MANAGER_OF_MANAGER, RR_PURCHASING_MANAGER
