Creation of userid in 000 client for get email address list for CCMS alert

Hi

When we are configuring emailing CCMS alert . We need to create email recipient list in client 000. Why we are creating user in this client is still not clear to me

Because Sap Client 000 is the Reference Client. This client is used to set up new "neutral" clients by client copy.

It also called "Golden Client",because it contains all the configuration data and master data so some extent. All the configuration settings are done in golden clients and then moved to other clients. Hence this client acts as a master record for all transaction settings, hence the name "Golden Client".
