User group option in ACL

Hi...

Can anybody guide me how to create the user group in ACL..

We are using SAP Release 700 and easy DMS 7.1.2.4:(Unicode)

Note 1037891and 1309435 does not work for me.

I can see the user group option in easy dms when i click under authorization tab in acl but that option is in disable mode (or turn it as in grey colour)

Also when i create the user group with easy dms it is not showing so that enables me to select the user group.

Please help asap

Hi Rahul,

normally the usergroups can be created within EasyDMS. Therefore you need the authorization for object DMS_USRGRP to create and maintain usergroups.

In the EasyDMS standard the function module CVAUTH_USERGROUP_CREATE is used for the creation of usergroups.

You can also try this function module in the backend system by using transaction SE37.
