Manual Valuation

Hi ,

While doing the Result Recording system is giving the Pop up message for "Manual Valuation - Accept/Reject". This is hapenning while doing only some inspection lot. I want to know why this pop is coming ?

Settings i checked :-

1. MIC has Sampling procedure tick in control indicators

2. Assigned Sampling procedue has valuation mode :- Attributive Inspection nonconf. units

3. Configuration for "Plant Dep QM settings" - Result recording - Recording Configuration - close ,navigate,save automatically

The only difference i noticed between Inspection plans for which Manual Valuation pop up appear & do automatically is "Origin results data- Previous inspection lot" maintained in the plan for Manual Valuation pop up ..not sure if that could be possible reason

Kindly suggest if anything i am missing

Hi Krishna,

I have remove the "Results Origin" setting at todays date & processed a new inspection lot of todays date

But still "Manual Valuation" pop is appearing

If the results were copied from the previous inspn lot, the "Origin Results data" might be binding on the evaluation. That's what I thought - when I replied to your query.

Now, it seems: I was mistaken. This field is only for information purpose only and has no controlling function.

make sure that you enters all the parameters like " no of defects" ,"number of no-conformities " etc entered during result recording.

Hi Sujit,

I am using following Control indicators in MIC

Quantitative char - lower & upper specific limit , sampling procedure , summ recording ,Req char ,fixed scope , create Change docu while RR , record measured values ,docu if rejected , print , no formula

hi,

Tell me ur Sampling Procedure settings.

if u select the multiple sample indicator than definitely system ask u for valuation of each sample and after that valuation of Charachterstics,

Hi Guru,

Sampling procedure

Sampling type is fixed , valuation method is Attributive inspection nonconf units

Without inspection points , use in inspection plan is ticked & base sample qty is 1

We using same sampling procedure for all Inspection so i think there is no issue in sampling procedure

hi,

Whenever u assigns the Valuation type Attributive inspection non conf. unit than system also ask for multiple option indicators, will u please tell me what u have select over there.
