Inspection of First Lot

For New Product there will be quality check for first lot, and if its OK then there will not be any quality check for next lots.

How to map this?

hi,

use DMR- at usage decision level in ur process, and define the rules as per your requiremnet in QDR1.

than apply it in QPo2 in header of that task list with related usage .

Than execute and if u want to check the Quality level of inspection lot proposed by system and user than execute QDH1.

create a DMR In QDR1 as

--->select " DMR @ UD level.

stage 10 > click on insp stage, Severity 04( can be changed)

stage 20 > tick on skip

stage 10

no. of insp : 1

new insp stage : 20

rej : 1

new insp stage : 10

stage 20

no. of skip : 99

new insp stage : 10

rej : 1

new insp stage : 10

save

Use this DMR in the inspection plan header @ ot level.

What will happen is this ,first lot will move to Quality ,Once UD is accepted next 99 lots will be skipped.

If any of the lots in 99 is rejected ( for example) then next lot will be inspectd)

Now you need to define 'automatic usage decision' at transaction QA16 / QA17 for lots having status "SKIP"
