what is valuation. when i confirm some yield and defects, system popup a valuation screen. need to know in detail. kindly help

what is valuation. when i confirm some yield and defects, system popup a valuation screen.

When you enter result ,system gives pop up of valuation,Its either because of manual valuation of sampling procedure or not using sampling procedure at all.

When system can not do the valuation depending upon the yeild or result you entered ,system ask you for the valuation.

"Accept " or "reject" is what the valuation is.

This decide whether perticular char/mic is accpeted or rejected in valuation.
