SAPPRD Instance Issue

Hellow Experts ,

I trouble after getting export (Offline Backup) of My PRD server ,now i m trying to connect this from SAP GUI it is not going to connect i see the instance log they show me the follow error,

SAP Basis System: Transaction Canceled 00 
 671 ( CALL_FUNCTION_REMOTE_ERROR            
20111213205506proper1_PRO_00                  DDIC        000         )

Plz Help me Out.

Please check if you can login to your database . What is the database you are using? Once you can , try to run R3trans -d. Then check if your instance is up or not. Then try to login using SAPGUI.

"R3trans -d" returns RC 0000?

- make sure your instance is up and running ( check OS processes, i.e disp+work, msg server, gwrd, etc)

- check R3trans -d to ensure DB connectivity ok

- check dev_disp, dev_ms trace is OK

- try connect again via saplogon

Hello Neha,

Please check if profile value login/no_automatic_user_sapstar with value 0 is activated in instance profile.
