ATP check base on customer location

Hi Experts,

Currently, we design 1 plan and 3 storage location with different geography. I have a question for run ATP check, can I run ATP base on customer location. Ex: customer 1 will run ATP on sloc 1 and 2, customer 2 run ATP base on sloc 3 (because customer 2 near by sloc3 so it will check ATP on it).

Please give me advise.

Hi,

I still concern about run ATP. I give example below:

+ We have material A and it's stored in 3 sloc 1, 2, 3 with quantities as: Sloc 1: 50, Sloc 2: 100, Sloc 3: 200

+ We have 2 customer 1, 2.

- Customer 1 could get mat. A from Sloc 1 or Sloc 2 (can run ATP on sloc 1,2)

- Customer 2 only get mat A from Sloc 3 (it mean will run ATP on sloc 3) --> so Can I assign Sloc 3 default for customer 2?

+ When cust 1 make Sales Order with quantites: 120. How is the system check ATP ?

You can achieve the requirement, by filling the storage location for each line items in the sales orders. You may need to use user exit Userexit_move_field_to_vbap in include MV45AFZZ. Make sure in t.code OVZ9, the field No Storage location inspection is unchecked. Then create a sales order and check the results.
