Hi Gurus

i do the output type process for sales order i got error. can you suggest where can i get the spool number in sales order

Hello,

First of all , If you get an error while processing the output, the spool number will not get generated. Analyse the error to understand what is the error.

Go the the output condition records in the sale sorder and click the processign log. If there is any error in the output processing, the system will display the same.

To view the spool number use SP01/SP02 transaction.

If you find error, then there may not be output created, and there will not be any spool. First rectify the error, by going to menu Extras--> output->Header->Edit, Then click on the i button and go to the output condition type to see the reason for the error. After correcting the error, try again to output.

where can i get the spool number in sales order

In sale order, you will not get any spool number but as already suggested, you can check the spool request in SP01 or SP02

Either use TCode SP01 or SP02.

If its related to Emails then check TCode SOST for SAPconnect Send Requests
