Easy DMS

Hi..

We have 50 licence for SAP ECC 6.0 (release 700/701).

Please suggest whether we can use easy-DMS from market place for 50 or more than 50 user's? Or do we need licence for using easy DMS?

Please suggest the easy DMS version.

Also please let me know whether user group under ACL for DMS we can use? If yes then how?

Do we need to implement HR module to user HR object in ACL?

Do we need to implement cfolder for using User group in ACL?

Hi Rahul,

normally EasyDMS can be used from each customer who is having an active installation of a SAP system with the PLM module. Then you should have access to the SAP Service Marketplace for downloading EasyDMS. As you have to logon with your

SAP logon data I think that you will only have 50 userIDs.

Does it means that i can download easy dms from sap market place and use for all 50 user's only?

It means no need to bear additional cost for 50 users?
