SDMJ can't set "Confirm Successfull Test"

in SDMJ i want to set status CONSOLIDATED status by the action "CONFIRM SUCCESSFUL TEST" but its not setting the status "consolidated" so that i can import the actual TR to QAS.

Any idea??

I have released and imported the TOC from my tasklist and i can see it in my QAS as well.

Hi Sindra,

Are you getting any warning message and what is the status of the transport orders, are they released?

yes i have relesed my transport order manaually from my task list and it has released status in my DEV as well.

i did tasks as following:

-set CR "In DEvelopment"

- create transport request and attached object to it from DEV

- release transport request (since it was not letting me to change the status)

- Import Transport Request to QAS (from task list)

- Now i have tested the change and want to set the status "Confirm Test" and Import the original TRinto QAS (as per my understanding uptill now the original TO is not imported in QAS).

Please help

have you already performed all the activities mentioned here

Under transaction data tab

under action tab

you can see the action perform successful test which you have choosen to execute but status doens't change

so there will be a icon or log click on it you will come know what happened.

e.g

less access or 000 client access is missing for import etc

The status is "GREEN" for action "Confirm Successful Test"

The log for the action says:

Processing HF_SET_STATUS Is Started

Action Successfully completed

there can be multiple prbs but difficult to say without logon

is this problem only with curr message or with al the messages

do you have all the authorizations

is the request released in dev ...if so it shd added to prd

yes the request is released in DEV,

what authorizations are required for a tester to set the status "Confirm Successfull test" because this action is to be performed by the tester.

The authorization are mentioned here

if req is released you can check it will be in prd queue

if that is the case when the background job runs this wil get imported

But when i Change the status "CONFIRM SUCCESSFUL TEST " in my Change Request it performs the action but gives three warnings

- "The status was reset by system

- Not all test transport have been imported

- the tester role cant be the same as the developer role

however i have checked \tmwflow\proj -> Project Structure : i have only one Transport request in my project and it has status "RELEASED"

it seems you need to re run the background job for DEV to QA import

once you are done with this then only perform that action

but i have imported that TR in QAS and can see it in SE09 in QAS???

try by re running the job because that is what log is sayng

other things diffiicult to say without logon.

i reimported transport request from task list, it was performed successfully ut still cant change the status of the cjange request.

Any idea why??

hi Li

i cant recall any specific action i performed to resolve the problem but i rechecked the process carefully and release all the TRs related to the project and import it to QAS via task list i succeeded changeing the status of the change document.

Make sure u release all the TR from DEV because the Import activity import only RELEASED TRs
