Hi..

I have below case

Main Folder- (User have No Access)

Sub folder- (No have no Access)

1 Document No-1 (User have access)

2 Document No-2 (User have No access)

3 Document No-3 (User have No access)

Requirement: User should able to see the Main folder,subfolder and Document Number 1.

Please suggest ASAP

Dear Rahul,

I think that in this scenario you cannot navigate to the "Document No1" because your user is not having access to the necessary folders.

I think that maybe you can search for the "Document No1" and then display its SAP properties in EasyDMS.
