Unrestricted stock, but qm still blocking

Hi!

WE want the system to make inspection lot for some HAWA materials, but without blocking stock. We configured inspection type 01, post to insp. stock NO, inspection for HU - yes. Now when stock comes in, inspection lot is created, the stock is posted to unrestricted, but we still can't use the stock for sale until we make UD - we looked in table behind and we see that the stock doesnt' get VMENGE01 untill UD is accepted.

What else must we configure to be able to use the stock immediately, before making UD?

Here you have selected inspection with HU = yes that means your stock is HU managed and it is subject to inspection.

Now you have selected post to insp stock = NO, but you have selected insp eith HU. So system will post stock to UNR but if stock is HU managed then you have to release HU seprately, which you can do either fomr inspection lot HU stock posting tab or transaction HUMO.

hi,

i think here the problem is related to stock posting which is maitained in HU, and already material is in unrestrticted use , only the thing is that user unable to use it because of UD for particular inspection lot of origin "01". is not processed.

for use of Material which is maintaine in HU u need to clear the lot than system alows u to use it wherever you want, HU at time of Shippment and in WM may have this intgration with QM.

Best way provide UD and close ur lots.

hi,

Inspection type 01 is a stck relevant against 101 mvt type, so system not allows you for any transaction before UD.

u need to do some work around for this.
