Physical Inventory Report

Hi

I did physical inventory cycle in WM. Completed till write off in LI20 & LI21. Now i want a report showing the following

1. Material number

2. What is the System quantity before Physical Inventory

3. What is the physical counted quantity during Physical Inventory

4. Write off value (FI)

Pls advice

A difference list in WM inventory can only be pulled with LX17 before you closed all inventory.

But it does not tell you anything about value, as WM operates without value.

the value of a difference is determined when you clear with IM in step LI21.

The closesed you can get to your requirement is an analysis with MB51 transaction made for movements 711 to 718.

We created a bespoke report using the tables:

LINV - Inventory data per quant

MARC - Picked up the PI indicator and if the cc is fixed

MBEW - Standard cost form the material master (we update std costs monthly)

MAKT - Material description

The LINV data tells me how many were in the bin at point of PI record being raised and then the amount counted. We put in a calc that then calculates the variance using the standard cost.

Start with table LINV and join MBEW and MARC to the Plant and Material fields and then just add MAKT to either table.

But I am using Physical inventory in Warehouse management level. I execute T-Code LI01N, LI02N, LI11N, LI20 & LI21 to close the process. After closing Phy Inventory, i want a report showing

Material

Its Qty in system befor Phy inventory

Its Qty in Physical Inventory counting

When you have completerd the cycle, you can always view all the docs you have posted, consider these...

MI03 to display the PI doc you have created in the 1st step to show you the list of materials you have executed the PI operation

MI06 to display the actual counts you have entered per material..

MI20 to display the difference list of counted and system figures

MI24 for PI list generically for all the materials in the plant/st loc

MIDO for PI overview (check in MM>>PI>>Environment

MI23 for PI inventory data for material generically

You can print them with MI20 & MI21
