Copy Controls

Hi SAP Gurus.

Im experiencing a problem linking my delivery document (TAM) to my standard sales order document (AEBO). When i try to create with reference (VL01N), it gives me the following errors :

Copying is not poss.because an entry is missing in Table TVCPL: AEBO BV

Message no. VL473

I have done my copy controls in the previous sales document, and its working fine, but the delivery is giving me a problem.

Please assist, and thank you.

Hi

Check your sales document type header that what delivery document type is assigned

and maintain copy controls for that combination.

In TCode VL01N,

Provide Delivery Type TAM, in predefine delivery type.

Apart from desired Shipping point, Selection date & Sales Order No.

This may be b'coz system is by default refer delivery type BV.

What you need to check is that in sale order an item category would be flowing. Check whether the same is assigned in VTLA also with the required routines (standard routine is 101)

its mean when u copy the sales document r delivary document , is not copied as proper way , \

u should cheek

table goto se11 , enter u table : tvcpl

and excute ofter click on content icon or press contlshif10

ofter u will give u combination,\

u wiil try to re copy the sales document type
