Regarding Notification problem

Dear export ,

we have requirement as follows.

1.Material Inward

2.Material in quality Stock (GR quantity Equal to ack. Quan)

3.Material on Line (Only QA accepted lots)

4. i) Plant

ii) Material

iii) Select GR lot &

Qty.

IV) SAP will choose

PO & other details

5.344 movement transfer t o block stock on daily basis

6. Multiple 344 for one PO and many GR

7.One rejection doc.

Against many

Blocked document

Numbers. Creation

Of only one

Excise paper

THIS is related to notification .please provideme solution

hi,

first of all , why they using 344 movement type.

see if GR lot is there, material found defective and stck partially tranfer posted to blocked by QC it seems to be useful but, only for onne document, the qty. posted from Unrestricted to Blocked there is no utilization of this.

If lot is there, u found material is defective than u need to activate the F2 type of notification and in Quality plan against MIC, mark the tick on Defective Recording in control indicators, than durin RR system automatically ask u for defective recording fro any rejection at MIC level and notification number is automatically generated against the lot, GR document no, PO etc.

That notification is visible in QM10.

but first transfered the stck to unrestricted than than using 344 for mvt to block only for one document number seems to be illogical.
