Authorization Issue

Dear Al,

We have 3 sales employees who have their own list of customers and transactional data.

They do not want one sales employe's master data ( customer ) and orders to be visible ( accessible ) to another sales employee.

kindly advise

You have not mentioned any additional details like whether these sales employees are tied to any other data in the customer master. For example, if they are tied to sales group or sales office in the customer master/sales orders, then based on this value, basis can provide authorization. If these fields are not utilized, you can think about utilizing these fields for better controlling/reporting.

Hi Shiva Ram,

Thanks for your valuable input i have separate sales group for each sales employee,i will use that for authorization

hence issue is solved

Hi Mohammed Raees,

As above said this could be controlled through the authorization's,if the 3 sales employees have their own login's this could

be controlled through the ERNAM - Created by here the basis people give authorization based on ERNAM then the

respective sales employee able to see his own data.

Hi,

Please consult you basis team they can do it by Authorization object.
