OGSD document types

Hi friends, we are implementing Is Oil with OGSD (Oil and Gas Secondary Distribution), that is an add on developed by Implico and marketed by SAP.

OGSD works with a specific sales order types, like OTA, OSO, OKM, among others. The problem we have is that when we review in IMG the standard sales document type definitions, all of them are empties. They have no values in any of the fields.

thanks for your answer, the problem was solved.

The client was not well generated and that originated the problem.

By the way, the customer message 0001023466 is mine, I put that OSS Note in SAP Service.
