Very High messages not forwarded to SAP out of the Business Hours

Dear All,

I configured Service desk in solman and In BP( organizational unit) I mentioned called hours also but it is not creating message in sap service marketplace automatically.

Have you checked the below snote.

Note 1353965 - VAR: Automatic forwarding does not work

Note 1084744 - Problems with the automatic function "Send to SAP"
