Loading date on public holiday..

Hi All,

We are getting loading date on the public holiday. I have checked the calenders assigned to shipping point and route and found that calender has this particular date defined as a public holiday. The sales order is created on Saturday which is also an non working day. is that the reason?

Whether loading date can come as a defined public holiday in standard SAP?

Please reply urgent.

regards,

Vinod

Hello Vinod,

Whether Factory Calender at Sales Org (OVX5) is similar to that of Shipping Point (OVXD)?

In define Scheduling By Sales Document Type (OVLY), whether your sales order is "Activate delivery scheduling"?

The system determine more precise times by taking other factors into account, say, route, loading group, and weight group.

Hi JP,

sales organization, shipping point and route has same calender assigned to it. define Scheduling By Sales Document Type (OVLY) is activated for this sales order type.

Still it is showing loading date on public holiday. The public holiday is defined as non working day in the factory calender.

I hope in OVLY

- delivery scheduling is " X "

- transportation scheduling indicator is active,

Further, by using Tcode SCAL, check your public holiday.

To check, 1st select the desired holiday.

Then click on "where-used list" button or press Shift+F8 from keyboard.

There check defined from year to defined to year.

If it is less then the current, say, 2010, then you need to extend for future use.
