Hi guru's
During Post Installation steps, my dispatcher went from green status to yellow, with the status : "Running, Message Server connection ok, Dialog Queue time : 0.00 sec, J2EE status info unavailable"
Where can i find or generate a trace to discover where it isn't working ?
In the same time, i'm trying to achieve RFC connection : unfortunatly when trying to log on to SAPNET ( Tz OSS1 ) i get the following error message : Unable to connect to SAPNET message server ( default connection will be used ...) => SNC processing failed : SncSessionInitiator AK.
I removed & reinstalled the saprouter, my credentials seems right, i can't manage to identify the source of this error.
Is the dispatcher linked to the RFC connection process ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Yes new to SAP, we're two people to setup SOLMAN, and both novice with SAP solution manager, and having to deal with a very short deadline.
For the restart, i hit restart instead of stoping. Done the right way now, joining the logs : http://www.mediafire.com/?5887v7zwjh5d2yg ( Password is "logs" 😞 you're right it's odd the bootstrap isn't modified but i can assure you i restarted COS.
my etch host file :
192.168.1.33 SOLMAN-SRV.cosmos-consulting.adds SOLMAN-SRV
SAProuter & Solman are on the same computer, and there's nat redirecting from the 80.15.x.x to 192.168.1.33.
Thx for trying to help me

My system is a fresh installation; using SOLMAN 7.1, dual stack.
I used the jcmon option 5.
Now here is the dev_server 0 the bootstrap isn't modified : http://www.mediafire.com/?zzzy42pxszz9isz
Hi,
1) Please look at the server0, bootsrap and jvm* trace under /work directory. It'll give you detail information and insight of the problem such as incorrect J2ee instance cluster ID (if your system is being refreshed), memory issue and etc.
2) Please ensure you've setup the saprouter and its requirement correctly and ensure you can telnet sapserv* 3299 in your saprouter.
If you need more help, please post the log here.
Thanks,
Nicholas Chang.

Hi thanks for the attention.
1 ) I've uploaded a rar archive with password : "serverbootjvm" @t [http://www.mediafire.com/?ceco9eesg1sas55] wich contains log files. I'm not familiar with these can't manage to find the error.
2 ) telnet 194.39.131.34 3299 i get the following error message :
"NI_RTERR& ┬ERR1connection timed out-5NI (network interface)71039nirout.cpp660
> 0RTPENDLIST::timeoutPend: no route received within 15s <CONNECTED> Mon Dec 12 12:11:26 20112662716SAProuter 39.2 <SP4> on 'sapserv2a' ERR
> Connection to host lost."
1 ) i restarted many times the instance, always the same status.
dev_server0 : The log is too big for the maximum limit of 1500 characters in the forum so i uploaded it on mediafire :

Hi,
The log you attached is kinda old where the only error message i get is
[Thr 5216] Fri Dec 02 01:47:25 2011

Therefore, could you please restart your Instance and send the lastest log.
2) Have you maintain your MyLanIp in /etc/hosts?
Hi,
1) I've uploaded a new log archive after restarting instance with all logs from the directory : C:/usr/sap/COS/DVEBMGS00/work : http://www.mediafire.com/?458z37v84i1fhc4
And a second log obtained from the sapmmc : http://www.mediafire.com/?jalf2o22il1vnu1
In addition i have 3 screeshot i think could be usefull i hosted them on : http://imageshack.us/g/192/errortf.jpg/
2) in etc/hosts i have 3 entries :
mylanip myhostname
194.39.131.34 sapserver2
mylanip myhostname.mydomain
i have no reference to my firewall/router ( when i do the ip redirection from the 80.15.X.X ip to 192.168.X.X local ip ).
Is my saprouttab ok ?
1bis) About the SAPJSF it seems it's not completly configured : the user type is "system" but the role is correct. About the profile i have joined a screen cause i'm not sure its the right assigned authorization profiles.
The screens : http://imageshack.us/g/844/jsfroles.jpg/
Thanks for the concern
Hi,
Are you new to SAP Basis? How do you restart your SAP Instance? Are you selecting the the MAIN COS and click stop, wait until it'd stopped completely and click on the start button again? From the log you attached, i can't see any update for all java traces such as jcontrol, server0, bootstrap and etc. btw, i can't open the file due to invalid password.
To maintain /etc/host, for eg:
IP of your server full qualified domain name of the server name of the server
192.168.123.123 mylanip.local.com maylanip
ensure no duplicate entry for each ip address and server name.
If you are new to SAP, do you have any mentor to guide you there? if yes, please get their assistance. Thanks.
