Please let me know how to create sales order,delivery and billing with zero quantity..

If its zero price use, FD order type. I have not heard about zero quantity orders, what is the business requirement?

Only possible if you are using a Services Material (Create a material with item cat grp DIEN, item cat TAX).

EG: If you ant to sell broadband internet to customer, UOM remains month or year, so no quantity is required to be entered so can proceed with complete cycle with zero quantity.....

Are you sure that with zero qty. not with zero price?

This isn't possible (at least not with standard settings).

Sounds rather odd. If you can enlighten more please.
