Consignment issue

Dear team,

i am raising a consignment fillup in that sales order is saved and also delivery is done but not pgi,but with reference to consignment fillup i am raising a sales order but it is processing and also delivery and PGI is going fine.

BUt my client requirement was with out consignment fillup PGI the consigmnent issue sales order should not process and it shold block the sales order and also delivery.

How can plz give me any suggestion.

In VOV8, for respective order type mark field "Reference mandatory" = "C".

In VTAA, for respective order type to order type, and field "Copying requirements", ask ABAPer to have a customized routine and assign it here to check that the reference SO and its Outbbound document is GI completed status.

hi,

For Consignment Fillup you create a Sales order and delivery, and during issue make the reference mandatory, this could some how restrict them.

The standard process is consignment issue order should be created in reference to F8 delivery related proforma. So maintain copy only for F8 > KE and NOT for KB > KE. Search the forum for more details on this topic.
