We resolved the issue by registering correct public i.p with SAP and reconfigure the saprouter.

hi ,

check the rfc connection by calling transaction sm59 to your sap router.

Hello All

The problem with Public I.P, we received wrong public i.p, so we registered the correct public i.p with SAP and reconfigure the saprouter now it is working fine.

Thanks and Regard

Please execute the program lgtst manually, as described in note 24177.

You'll receive a message, which should help you to fix the problem.

Hi ,

If there is no network issue and port is open please check if you have added the entry for the system (IP address) in saprouttab?

If not add that entry and do saprouter -n

Please check after that.

Award points if useful.

Thanks,

Ravi
