Windows RTE not running

Dear experts,

The Windows runtime engine doesn't seem to execute the jobs though i see it in the running state. Am trying this in IDM 7.2.

Any idea on what could be the issue?

Karthik,

Check Task Manager. Are there multiple DSERT.EXEs running? If so close all of them. These are the runtime engine instances?

Also are the tasks enabled and assigned a dispatcher? Is that dispatcher running? Stop the service and run in "Test" mode to make sure.

This should get you moving. if not, what type of job is it that you are trying to run?
