SLA calculation: Days not working

Dear all.

I can't understand why SLA not counting Days. Only Hours.

Configured SLA according SERVDESK_VAR_ADV-E_V6.

Everything is fine if i enter in t/c CRMD_SERV_SLA

minutes,hours but not days.

mb someone had this befor and can help me to find what is wrong with this...

Hi Jansi.

Founded a couple of missing configuration. Also 2 notes not applied.

But interesting is that contract is determined...

anyway i apply configs like in link and write the result soon .
