PSG settlement ?

Hi PS experts,

Please let us know whether STD SAP allows the PSG settlement creation with amount? if so, what are the settings needed in IMG level.

Till now i have doing with only % parameter only in settlement rule creation.

I have tried with amount settlement, but the Std Report S_ALR_87013532 is doubling the amount. if I do with % this report will be amount nullified and shown as "0"

Hi Srihari,

In the OKO7 - Settl profile config - tcode just tick the "Amount Settlement" on left-bottom. After that you will be able to assign amount in the settlement rule.

fyi, i am using single settlement profile for for Overhead projects & Customer projects, is this an issue, pl revert.

Hi,

I have problem in understanding your question.

When ever we settle a customer project to PSG. first we need to run kka2 or kkaj , Then profit or loss will be settle to PSG.

Please be more specfic on your question and specify you have any errors.

We are not running any "run kka2 or kkaj" as they are not mandatory and more over we are not using Result Analysis key.

The process we are following customer project is given below

1. Create project using CJ01with Two WBS elements

2. Create network assign WBS element - external procesing - PR- Material + PR service is created

3. Budget assignment & Budget Released

4. Proj & Network released - PRs created

5. POs created

6. MIGO+ML81N performed & MIROs done

7. Costs are sitting at network

8. CJ88 is carried out to move costs from Network to WBS element

and we check S_ALR_87013532, whether costs are move to WBS element or not

9. Create Sales order through VA01 and Billing document raised for material + service

10. Create PSG settlement rule in Project through CJ01 using Sales order (here we are using always %, then we are

successful, but using with Amount we are successful as costs are added at WBS element in Report S_ALR_87013532

my queries are two

1. in PSG Settlement creation in project, why i am not successful using amount ?

2. is it okay one settlement profile project created in OKO7 is being used for two types of projects ie.,

Overhead Projects & Customer projects by assigning in OKO7

Hi,

You can same profile for both project if your allocation structure is defined for cost center and psg.

No you can't give amt for PSG.

Is it a standard SAP process that we cannot use amount for PSG settlement?

Because in OKO7, we have provision of % & amount boxes.

Experts, please confirm PSG settlement with only % option.

PSG Settlement has been implemented by inhouse, without SAP consulting partner, hence there is a gap.
