DP_Proportion calculation

Dear Expert!

I set calculation type P for "Z_FINFO" Key figure, and set Proportion for characteristics value in the APODPDANT Key Figure.

Ex: I forecast for 3 Product: A113; A124 and A124; and in the APODPDANT, I set the proportion: A113 (10%); A124 (20%); A224 (70%).

I Input the data into "Z_FINFO", and see the result as fowllowing:

- If the inputed data worth thousands or more (ex: 1000; 2000; 15000...), the value of each product is divided according to percentage in the APODPDANT Key Figure

Ex: Total value: 1000 ==> A113: 100; A124: 200; A224: 700

- if the entered value is less than the value of thousands (ex: 200; 700; 1200; 1400...) the value of each product isnot divided according to percentage in the APODPDANT Key Figure

ex: + total value:100 ==> A113: 0; A124: 31 and A224: 69

+ total value: 700 ==> A113: 69; A124: 135; and A224: 496

+ Total value :1200 ==> A113: 131; A224: 235 and A224: 834

So, What's Problem with the values that is less than the value of thousands? What's principle here?

Hope to see your idea soon

Thanks!

Hi,

In the planning area, have you correctly mentioned the disaggregation key figure as 'APODPDANT' along with the calculation type 'P'? If so, it should work correctly.

It seems it takes the calculation type S- pro rata.

Hi Manimaran!

I have checked the Planning Area. I have set KF "APOPDANT" along with calculation type P. Now, I set the "Accuracy of a KF" is M (Maximum of accuracy), and see the data is disaggreated as following:

Total 100 with ratio A113 (10%); A124 (20%); A224 (70%) :

- 1/ 2011: A113 (10.000); A124 (20.001) and A224 (69.999)

- 2/2011: A113 (10.000); A124 (20.000) and A224 (70.000)

- 3/2011: A113 (10.000); A124 (19.998) and A224 (70.002)

I don't know how system work?

Thanks!

Hi, try taking out the accuracy values. After you save the key figure settings, come out of the planning area, and load the data again. Do you still see the issue? If yes, then pls give step by step what you were trying to do. That sometimes helps in suggesting a solution.

Please post the solution if you found one, as of why this is happening?

Thanks,
