Hello every one

Iam new to PI when iam creating a namespace :urn:commscope.com/ALU espares/Ack Delivery

The below message is popping up in process log, i just want to know if it is any error or can i just countinue.

Check the namespace urn:commscope.com/ALU espares/Ack Delivery: Name contains invalid characters: " " INFO_ALL_CHARS_DEFAULT_NS

You should not use spaces, below is the corrected form

urn:commscope.com/ALUespares/AckDelivery

Iam facing same problem when creating data type: DT_ Ack_Delivery_Outbound

The error is given below

Name contains invalid characters: " " Only a(A)-z(Z), 0-9, and "_" are permitted

There is a space between _ A Remove the space it will work.

There is a space just after DT_, removing it will solve your issue
