No item transferred from MDM catalog to SRM SC

Hi Experts,

We are using SRM 701 Patch 4 and MDM catalog 3.0 SP 09 patch3. I have done all configuration. But when I search a item in MDM catalog then click transfer. I get the below error message:

Hi,

Your patch

SRM 701 Patch 4 and MDM catalog 3.0 SP 09 patch3

There is patch inconsistent between MDM and SRM.

Check with your BASIS team and upgrade both the SRM and MDM patch

While click on transfer button take a trace on the Http watch and analyse with your SAP PORTAL (Netweaver) Team

Go to Log trace in the Portal you can find the exace issue

IN MDM UI configurator have you checked if your OCI mappings are correct?

Yes...I checked. Now the error message is gone. But once I transfer the item, screen goes back to SRM screen and no item added in. I checked in SLG1 there is no error message.

HI,

Please recheck the data you have in the MDM catalog, mainly check the UOM maintained for item in MDM is existing in SRM.

If still issue is there please raise OSS message or you will have to debug to find the issue.
