Unable to launch "Change Management" tab in Solman 7.1 SP3

Hi,

We applied 7.1 SP3 and after applying master Note 1606456 - Master Note for Change Request Management 7.10, SP3

we are unable to launch "Change Management" tab in Solman 7.1 SP3 .

While applying the master note the following syntax error occured.

Class CL_HF_HELPER,Method SET_BO_LINK_TO_CHNG_DOC 39 @0A\QError@

Field "IM_LOCK_MODE" is unknown. It is neither in one of the specified

tables nor defined by a "DATA" statement.

Class CL_HF_HELPER,Method SET_BO_LINK_TO_CHNG_DOC 23 @09\QWarning@

Initial part of the secondary key "OBJ_B" with type SORTED is provided.

However, the primary key is used for access. Check whether access with

"OBJ_B" is more efficient

please advise.

Have you executed solman_Setup t-code after applying SP's ?

We ran SOLMAN_SETUP after 7.1 SP2 upgrade.Is it mandatory to run the setup after applying SP3.

I'm running it after the master note application but the master note failed with the syntax errors.

The syntax error resulted in the dump of the change management tab in SOLMAN_WORKCENTER txn.
