Normal Correction/Development Activity

i am creating Development(Implementation) type change request, , after setting the status of the Change Request In Development and created the transport request. after creating TR its status automatically resets to "CREATED" again and again each time i create transport request??

Plus if we have imported a TR once in QAS and reset the status to "In DEvelopment" and created new transport request , by again "Import Transport Request (Background) it will transport the new TR only??

For normal correction/Development Activity we ahve to import transport request manually from task list???
