My client manufactures a shirts and trousers, he bought's fabric as a raw material.

Here normally in any P.O., for single part number, 4 line items will be there.(each line items differs only in dimension )

When GR is done for that PO, four inspection lots are creating

But client wants to take usage decision and stock posting only at single shot for whole PO qty and do results recording separatly for each line item.

If this is possible, please advice me the solution.

hi

than its best way to use the inspection point here with inspection type "01".

as u said that the 4 line items only different bcoz of dimensions only , means their quality parameters are differen.

now, u create on inspection plan and assign 100 inspection point against that plan in header with usage 5.

maintain all parameters and dimensions according to material requirement.

now , when u post the GRN lot will be there,

when u go for RR, system ask u the inspection field in Pop-up, feed the 1st dimension and press enter, feed the results against it and valuate it .

similarly remaing 3 samples.

now , go for stck posting , tranferred the stck in concerning location.

and provide UD for its closure.

Same i have implemented in ma one of project but it is against 04 inspection type.

i hope u execute it in ur testing server.

Dear,

How it is possible?

You are taking 4 different sample and want to result recording only one time. Is it possible that 4 different sample have same result.

If you want to do this then try to create only one inspection lot for one P.O.
