Dear Punit,

First you need to check in sales for quantity and its unit. and alos u need to check if any delivery has happend or not.

Dear Puneet,

when you save a particular document, the system check for the completeness of the doc. If its complete it gets saved.

If the doc is incomplete then the field for which the incompleteness is checked for is necessary for the processing the subsequent document, the system does not allow you to save.

as per details provided by you, it seems that you have not done picking while creating delivery doc.

In Transaction Code - vl01n

goto Picking tab enter picked Qty equal to delivery qty .

Then proceed.

Dear,

You can check your sales order or delivery is completed or not.

I think from both of them one is not completed.

Check at Sales order : VA02 --> Edit --> In completion log (Ctrl _+ F8)

In delivery : VL02N --> Edit --> Incompleteness
