UD Cancel ( Reverse Stock posting )

Dear all,

I have a trouble in UD.

After G/R for purchasing order, we make a UD and post stock movement.

But inspectors made a mistake 3 months ago, so we want to reverse it today.

( Goods were O.K but made a UD for reject )

We are usually using notes 175842 and there was no problem except shortage of stock.

But an error occurred today.

( Required function MB_CREATE_GOODS_MOVEMENT is not being processed )

Exactly, we have the stock in the right plant/storage location.

Do you know another reason of the error ?

hi,

Its ok ,first u tell me that where u have posted the stock in ur plant.

its a 3 months back inventory first ensure that inventory is available over there or not, ( If it is Un restricted Use ), and if u want it to reverse in current date than definetly system allows u but if u want it in the same date when it was posted than u need to check ur reversal program.

For reversal point of view check strg location first than inventory.

Dear Guru,

When I make a UD of reject, the stock is tranferred to blocked stock. ( Mvt type '350' )

I want to make stock transfer from blocked stock to QI stock using notes.

Even thought GR for PO was occurred 3 month ago,

we want to reverse the stock movement on current date. ( Posting Date is today )

I checked the stock in MMBE and MB5B before executing the notes.

check 349 mvt is assigned in OMJJ , in particular T-Code i.e. MB1B. or not, if not than assigned it overe there and than run ur reversal program.

it works and ur inventory along with UD will reversed.

I already checked the OMJJ and I used to the notes and there was no error.

I guess it was related to Purchasing order but MM guys have no idea.

hi,

i don't think so that any Purchase related issue is there, not even period opening related also.

u need to check OMJJ carefully with mvt typs.

and stck related to that in concerning location.

You're right. Purchase order is not related to this issue.

And I checked the OMJJ again.

I think if the error was because of OMJJ, I couldn't reverse previous inspection lot.

We didn't change the OMJJ.

And becasue posting date is current date, stock on posting date does not make error.

there is a blocked stock in right plant and right storage location.

ok,

now what is ur T-Code for UD reversal program,

go and assign that Z-tcode with 349 mvt type in OMJJ.
