Hi ,

i have created a workflow where i can send mail from SAP workflow to Outlook for approval using Extended notifications. The user has to Approve/Reject it. After reading couple of notes, i found out that there is a need to create a URL .

1. How to create a URL?

2. When the user clicks the URL using web services it must be Approved/Rejected without login to sap system in

background?

Pre-requisites : Must not use EP.

Is it possible to approve / reject.

Scenario : PO must be approved/Rejected from Outlook for Release.

Thanks & Regards,

Rajan.D

OR

Duet workflow scenario is available. SAP Application sends workitem to Duet Server and Outlook client has Duet add-in. You need Duet Server and user license.

Also SAP MAPI Service Provider is available. You can access SAP Inbox items from your outlook client. I think SAP MAPI Service provider is free.
